This 22-year-old patient came to our practice with concerns about both the aesthetic appearance of her nose and ongoing functional issues due to a deviated septum. She desired a more refined nasal contour while improving her ability to breathe comfortably through her nose. We decided on a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty. Rhinoplasty — often called a "nose job" — is a surgical procedure to reshape and refine the nose, enhancing both appearance and, at times, function.
It is one of the most intricate forms of cosmetic surgery, as the nose must be sculpted carefully to achieve harmony with the overall facial features while preserving (or improving) its breathing function
Treatment Goals:
Correct nasal asymmetry and dorsal hump
Refine the nasal tip for a softer, more balanced profile
Straighten the nasal septum to improve airflow and breathing
Results:
Postoperative photos taken at 2 months show a natural, harmonious result that complements her facial features. The nose appears more refined and proportionate. Functionally, the patient reported significant improvement in breathing, with no complications during recovery.
