Procedure: Facelift, Neck Lift, Platysmaplasty, and Facial Fat Transfer This patient underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedure to address volume loss, skin laxity, and visible signs of aging in the lower face and neck. The facelift and neck lift refined the jawline and smoothed deep creases. Platysmaplasty was performed to tighten the neck muscles and eliminate visible banding.
