Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift by Andrea Basile MD

This patient came to us seeking fuller, more youthful-looking breasts. She experienced mild breast ptosis (sagging), which can result from genetics, weight fluctuations, or early pregnancy. Her goal was to enhance volume while restoring a lifted, perky shape that looked both natural and proportional to her frame. To achieve her desired results, our surgical plan combined breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy). This dual procedure adds volume with implants while simultaneously lifting and reshaping the breast tissue and repositioning the nipple/areola. For this patient, we selected silicone implants to ensure a soft, natural feel and tailored the implant size to complement her body proportions. The lift was performed using a Anchor incision.
